"I care about the welfare of companion animals (pets). I support SF 2415 / HF 2490, the Companion Animal Board bill, which will establish a state agency dedicated to pet issues throughout Minnesota. I believe pets are companions and are not agricultural products. This board will provide expertise in pet welfare, assist the pet sector in care of unwanted animals, and support the bond these animals have with people."
